FLUOROPOLYMER TECHNOLOGY

Accidentally discovered in 1938, fluoropolymers share the properties and contributes to their non stick and friction reducing properties.. Fluoropolyers are characterized by a high resistance to solvents, acids & bases.
They are also commonly known by the registered trademark of DuPont Teflon® registered trade mark by DuPont; Xylan® by WhitfordWorldwide; Greblon® by Weil Burger etc.

We have all the wide and most versatile range of fluoropolymer coatings.

The coatings are mainly known for their properties such as HEAT RESISTANT; NONSTICK; LOW FRICTION; CHEMICAL RESISTANT; HI-LOW TEMP. RESISTANT; NONWETTING; ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES. These can be obtained for industrial; food safe & for domestic purpose as well. Proper selection of material plays important role in actual working. In many cases we help suggesting the appropriate grade of fluoropolymer for the smooth working of your job.

METALLIZING TECHNIQUES

The basics of metallizing consists of depositing of molten metal onto a substrate & finally adheres to it. Depending upon the selection of material, these can serve a wide range if applications such as HARD FACING, METAL REBUILDING, DECORATIVE PURPOSE, CORROSION RESISTANT, SURFACE ROUGHENING / GRIPPING.

The technology widely used for rebuilding of metal onto a metal component subject to wear. These coating are available in a wide range of materials such as Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Molybdenum, Nickel, Tin, Aluminium, Zinc, Stellite; alloys of Carbides, Oxides and Ceramics. Zinc coating done by metallizing technique is also known as Spray Galvanizing.

ELECTRO PLATING & ELECTRO-LESS PLATING

Plating is a surface covering in which metal is deposited on a conductive surface by means of ionic exchange process. Though it is critical for modern technology, it is commonly used till the date. Few of the following plating we use commercially & few for our in-house development.
GOLD PLATING, SILVER PLATING, TIN PLATING, CADMIUM PLATING, ZINC PLATING AND ELECTROPOLISHING.

Plating technology is commonly used for applications such as

  2. CORROSION INHIBITATION
  3. TO IMPROVE SOLDERABILITY
  4. TO HARDEN
  5. TO IMPROVE PAINT ADHESION

Process of zinc Plating is commonly known as Galvanizing.

INDUSTRIAL PAINTING

We undertake works of industrial painting applications for epoxy, lacquers, solvent-less coatings plus many more. These products are often customized solutions and suggested by customer. Depending upon the demand of setup, this painting/coating application work is done in entirely different production setup by dedicated work force.

Tested in our well equipped in-house testing laboratory on the measures of quality and performance, our industrial coatings are often considered to be a benchmark.
